Narnia

January 2020

Narnia, a musical by Jules Tasca, Thomas Tierney, and Ted Drachan, brings to live the beloved novel The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. Jesica immediately saw the possibilities for a multigenerational community theater to stage this classic story, integrating child and adult performers, dancers, musicians, and some of the most exceptional costuming and make-up in community theater.

Narnia was the first production staged at the Yarmouth Playhouse, a venue that Jesica helped design, fundraise for, and build. This Portland Press Herald article dives into the project and the vision for the venue, still operating on historic U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth.
